Container Gyms' cardio-only option is definitely for the serious trainer. It has a range of optional cardio machines as listed below and does cater well for gym classes of all types.

• 2x Incline/decline treadmill with auto safety shut off
• 2x Fluid Rower
• 4x Spin/body bikes
• 2x Elliptical trainers

All of the above machines have digital displays and safety shut down systems in place. The treadmills also have an option of TVs to be fitted directly to the front of the machine with iPod and headphone jacks to suit.
